AUGUSTA KENNEL CLUB FALL SHOW SEPTEMBER 29, 2007
It was a warm & breezy day on Saturday, September 29, 2007, when the
Augusta Kennel Club in conjunction with the Augusta German Shepherd Dog
Club, Jae-Mar-S Academy of Obedience, and Therapy Dogs Inc., participated
in Responsible Dog Ownership Day at Augusta Animal Services on Mack Lane.
Over $1,000 was raised for the shelter, and over 15 dogs were adopted
out to new homes.
A variety of breeds were represented at the event: rottweiler, german
shepherd dog, boxer, dachshund, whippet, australian shepherd, and shiba
inu.
